What do I need before bringing baby home?
A rear-facing infant car seat installed in your car, a safe place for baby to sleep, diapers and wipes, a few outfits, and your feeding supplies. Everything else can wait.
What baby items can I skip?
Wipe warmers, special baby laundry detergent for most families, newborn shoes and lots of newborn-size clothes. Babies outgrow them fast.
